I love healthy artisan breads or just freshly baked breads made with healthy ingredients. When I am really in a hurry, I do what most people do: just eat them directly or toast and eat them in the morning. There is nothing wrong with that as they are nutritious and delicious by themselves already. However, if you are not in a great rush, spenidng a little time in the morning plating your breakfast can make your first meal look a lot more applealing and yummy! Starting the day off with a colorful plate full of yummy healthy food always make me happy =)

I usually pair artisan breads with fruits, egg, yogurt, granola, muesli, mixture of wholegrain nuts/seeds or salad, depending on what we have at home (usually we have everything all the time). Using a little bit of imagination, I found food plating/ food styling very fun and my hubby is always very impressed!

The first picture is the breakfast we had today, with bread from COBS bread. With orange, granola, soft boiled egg, tomato blueberries and peas, hubby said it looked like something ordered and plated from a restaurant! We had a wonderful healthy breakfast again =)

Here is a collage of some breakfast I made in the past. All the breads were from Terra Breads. Still haven't tried everything yet but I love their breads!

Hope this post can give you some inspiration on breakfast plating =)

Love,

Emily
